Project Summary, Objectives and Results
Ensuring wider access to the primary vocational education and training (PVET) through: a) identifying the needs of vulnerable groups and PVET institutions and development of resource centres at PVET institutions b) spreading the relevant experience in pilot regions and c) elaborating policy recommendations for better access at national and regional levels.
The overall objective is to ensure wider access to primary vocational education and training. More specifically, to identify the needs of vulnerable groups and development of resource centres at primary vocational education and training institutions; to spread the relevant experience in the pilot regions; and to elaborate policy recommendations for better access at the national and regional levels.

I. Identification of needs and constraints of vulnerable groups.
Overall the project is foreseen to develop replicable practices of better access to primary vocational education and training at an institutional level. This includes building up functioning resource centers that will elaborate new practices for the primary vocational education and training system; and making policy recommendations at the regional and national levels on improving vulnerable groups’ access to primary vocational education and training.
