Project Summary, Objectives and Results
A clear documentation of learning objectives, educational process, learning context, learning outcomes and management system is an essential and necessary aspect of the Quality Assurance (QA) of Study Programmes (SPs). The project aims to define and to implement an on-line documentation system for the QA of SPs in the Partner Countries (PCs), consistent with the European Standards and Guidelines for QA. This aim will be pursued through the cooperation of all the project partners, national authorities included.
The aim of DoQuP project is the definition and implementation of an on-line documentation system for the quality assurance (QA) of study programmes (SPs) in the partner countries (PCs), consistent with the European Standards and Guidelines (ESG) for internal QA of higher education institutions (HEI).
This aim will be pursued through the cooperation of all the project partners, national authorities included.
Wider objectives of the project are:
• to bring the QA process of SPs in PCs into line with the ESG for internal QA;
• to enhance quality of SPs in PCs and to increase their comparability in and among PCs and with SPs of EU, in order to allow all the interested parties to formulate an informed assessment of the educational process offered by SPs and to enhance mutual trust in the quality of SPs.

Dissemination will be primarily aimed at informing and involving all the Higher Education Institutions of the PCs of the project objectives, activities and results, and will based on following two main actions: dissemination through internet and distribution of material on the project activities and results; organisation of events on the project activities and results.
To assure the project sustainability the adoption of the on-line documentation system to be implemented as national reference documentation system by the competent national authorities will be pursued. Internal and external quality monitoring and control will assure the project quality.
The first outcome of the project will be the definition of standards for quality assurance (QA) and requirements for quality of study programmes (SPs) in partner countries (PCs) consistent with the European Standards and Guidelines (ESG) for internal QA of higher education institutions (HEI).
The definition of SP quality requirements will be the starting point for the identification of information and data for the QA of SPs in PCs, which will constitute the second outcome of the project.
Finally, implementation of the positions of responsibility and of the facilities for the management of the identified information and data and implementation of the software for their on-line management in all the partner universities will be the main outcomes of the third and last year of the project.
